Newbie, having the same issue, but when I checked I do not have the files /Sources/PortalBlocks.php

I tried downloading a fresh install of 2.0.1 and 2.0.14 but the file was not available in either install.  Is there anywhere I can download this file to fix the issue?

You will only find the portalblocks file after you have installed simple portal - it is not an SMF file.

If you have installed simple portal and the file is not there, then you have not installed correctly.
