Title: install error index.php

I need some help please, I got always the same error, I don't know what to do :P

is this Mod compatible with your version?
did you install any Mod before dealing with index.php ?

my version is 1.1.8, and I didn't install any other mod before this :(

Take a fresh unchanged index.php from the smf 1.1.8 and put it instead of the one you have on your server and apply the mod again
