Title: Block with possibility to turn off by specific groups os membrs

Hi all,

Well what i have in mind it´s something like a normal block, but with a choice made by the member of forum dissable it. Whats the utlity of this?? well i explain; i have a radio on my forum, that works perfectlly, but somme members dont want this on (forum for workers) so what i think its to creat a mod (block) with that possibility, ist realiable??
