Hi All......and sorry for my bad english :-[
I Have SMF 2.0 RC4, SP 2.3.3 and Theme Blue Moonlight.
But i have this error in the Blocks (you see attachment).
I attach:
-Error template
-index.php (folder Blue Moonlight)
-index.template.php (folder Blue Moonlight)
Where is the problem?

you need to load your portal.css file to your /Themes/your theme/css folder.

Copy-paste the file using FTP ;)

I have the same problem, I tried copying the portal.css to the themes/themename/css folder but it pretty much just clucked up the portal page.
Heres a picture of what it caused.

only learning all this stuff.

yes, you can access it from your cpanel via file manager :)

Hi, lets try this way:
Cpanel > File Manager (SELECT "Document root for") > Choose the folder where is located your forum > SELECT folder named THEMES > DEFAULT > CSS (there you copy the file named portal.css > Then go back to the folder THEMES > choose the theme that you are using > CSS > paste the file that you copied before.

Blue your a great help, in my theme when i clicked on css i have 4 index things to choose from
which 1 do i choose admin css, ie7css, index css, index php
sorry for being a pain

Before you go to your theme css folder you need to go to Themes>Default>CSS and copy the file named PORTAL.CSS.
After you do that, you can go to your theme css folder and paste the file that you copied
