Hello, today I have my homepage as well:

And so the forum:
http://www.tectonny.com/forum/index.php

I would use the SimplePortal thus folder forum forum site in my domain and pure?

Your English is somewhat difficult. Please forgive me if I misunderstand.
 
* You have forum in one directory  /forum/
* You have home page in another directory /
* You wish to use SimplePortal portal page for home page, and "forum" shall point to forum on /forum.
 
SimplePortal can do this, with Standalone Portal.
