Title: Parameter for article/boardnews title as a link

I am using the Board News Block on my front page. And some of my users commented on that the article/posts title is not linked. They wish they were links so they can click the title to go to forum original topic post to read and comment. I have searched everywhere and could not find an answer to this. I also tried to do it myself but I couldn't. If I did not make myself clear don't hesitate and ask I will try to explain it more clearly.

I need help in this matter. Thank you in advance!  :-*

Find:

Replace:
