How many shouts do you have on your shoutbox?

Try reducing the number of shouts that are shown at the same time.

i did but it not helped.

i have about 550 shouts but i deleted it. it doesent worked too

Try to decrease the number of shouts:

Under SimplePortal Admin - modify

Put less value in the "Shouts to display:"

Let see what happen...

Have you been able to try this, to see if it makes any difference?
