Title: Home page not showing ANY blocks

I installed a fresh instalation of smf 2.0, the newest RC, and the newest simple portal, but nothing is apearing at all, nothing in the admin configuration menus, and no blocks in the main menu, nor in the forum section, any suggestions?

Are there any errors in your forum error log?
Were there any install errors given to you by the package manager?

Do you have any of the 'Portal*.php' files in your Sources directory?

no errors,  nothing, everything went smoothly,

I dont know what happened, i uninstalled ALL my plugins, then installed simple portal first, and now it works like a charm, I think it is because it was the first one installed. Maybe you should put that in trouble shooting steps or something, i dunno, cuz this isnt the first time it has happened to me, everytime, i just reinstall SMF, then it works.
