Title: Block that displays static list of key links to topics/articles

For example, I have a series of Welcome posts, from Welcome to How-To's to Rules & Regulations ... It would be terrific to be able to set those as .. well, like a "sticky" on the main portal page, either top center or one of the side blocks.

So I'm suggesting that, for each "sticky" topic, you would see the Title, and it would be a hyperlink to the actual article. Just like "Top Topics."

Make sense?

If its going to be static then couldn't you just do it manually with a 'HTML' block?

If you want to automate it then what criteria would you want to automate it based on?

Yes, you are right -- I can absolutely use an HTML block.  Thanks!
