Title: SP 2.3.3 RSS reader doesn't handle special characters

I tried to import this feed (http://rss.evl.fi/EVLRSS.nsf/GetRSS?OpenAgent&RSSID=671A0D4DC09CCBA2C22574EF00447F2B) to my site using SimplePortla RSS reader. However it resulted in: XML error: Invalid character at line 6.

Is this a problem with the รค character?

2.3.3 version uses the default XML parser and it occasionally fails. We've implemented our own parser in 2.3.4 and it should work with that. Actually I tested it now and it works.
