Title: Articvles: Reducing size of the titles

As shown in the title I want to reduce the size of the font used for the titles of articles
Is it possible?

Are you talking about the articles block, or the articles display on the portal page?
 
Both changes are possible. Please specify.

class="sp_middle sp_regular_padding sp_fullwidth" style="font-size: 0.7em;"
You can change the size as you like.
