Title: Uninstalling for upgrade

I'm currently running SimplePortal 2.3.1 on SMF forums 2.0 RC3. I'm looking to upgrade to SMF RC5 and upgrade to the latest version of SimplePortal also. So, when I go into my ACP to uninstall, I don't have the Uninstall button:

Is there another way to go about this, or am I missing something?

Below the mod list should be a link named advanced click the link then emulate the version to a previous one.

Once that is done then the uninstall should show.

I think that brack's advice is sound (though I have never tried this myself).
