I don't no why but I have the following modifications installed and the quote is broke with the latest version of portal.

A detailed description of the problem. (VERY IMPORTANT).
any kind of tags used for example ...
shows up as text only and not what is relitive to the tags. If I uninstall the simple portal the tags show instantly with no changes. I think it is a bug within the system but not sure.
Can someone help me please?

Do you have any other mods installed?
