Title: What mod is this?

Hello,
I,m running SMF 1.1.12, babylon theme
   What mod did they  use in www.nairaland.com  for the news linked to be boards, right below the board menus, above users online?
 Is it a portal, mod or shoutbox?

 Where or how can i get it for my website?

I don't know, but it is not SimplePortal.
Perhaps you could try searching the mods database at simplemachines.org, to see if there is a mod for that.
It could just be some custom code.
Written for a much older version of SMF.
