Hi,
I have just started using the poll block in my site and I've noticed a couple of things that I think should be improved as an standard feature and not just with a mod.
1. Right now, the percentages are shown, but not the graphic bars; are those are much, much easier to read.
2. I like hiding the results in the polls until members have voted. Right now, guests are not allowed to vote but they can see the results. So, if one of my members loads my site before logging in, that user won't be able to vote but will see the results. I think that the standar behaviour should be to show guests a message like "You have to register or login to participate in this poll or see its results"

I can't test it right now, but are you sure that you don't have "Show the poll's results to anyone." option checked for that poll? Otherwise it shouldn't display the results.

Absolutely sure.
Right now I have disabled the visibility of that block for guests. If I enable the block for guests, the cannot vote, but they see the results.
