Well -- yes and no.
Have a look at the manual pages over at SMF: http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=22.0;sort=subject (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=22.0;sort=subject)
Read about what tags will help you. It will take only a few moments to figure out which BBCode tags you want.
Then you will realize that you don't have the same amount of control with BBC.
I don't know where you intend to stick this bit of HTML. Can you use the <*html*> tag?
-
You can get such an output using the default BBC. Any reason why you are trying to use BBC instead of HTML?
-
well bbc is easy for the noob admins i have
but nvm i found custom bbc mod for 2.0 RC4
-
You will be using custom BBC tags to control the styling?
The n00bs will be doing [*table width="" style="" etc=]? Or will you be defining [prettytable] (=<table class="prettytable">) and styling it in index.css?
In any case, you'll probably find more discussion of BBC and HTML at simplemachines.org, just because there are always more people over there. The issues in BBC blocks are, I think, almost exactly the same as the issues in BBC postings.
