Title: SP not showing up?

Hello everyone, I am new to the SimplePortal community and I am having an issue. I tried using the version 2.3.3 and also version 2.3.2 on the default theme. Once I install the SP it says it's installed but I do not see the little panel on the left side in the Admin options that say SimplePortal. Any help?

Same problem as this one, but I have tried all of these and still no luck..

Attach the index.php located in the same directory as Settings.php to your next post.
