Title: SimplePortal.net upgrade to SMF 2 RC1.1.

The SimplePortal team has just performed a routine update of the SimplePortal.net SMF version to the new SMF 2 RC1.1 bugfix version.

This was a short but important update, as the new SMF version/s fixed some important security issues. If you haven't updated your forum yet, then you may wish to consider doing so!
