Title: Who's Online

I have upgraded to 2.2.2 and still don't have an option to have a  Who's Online block like this site. I don't like have the long "Online Today" list under it for as the day goes on is make the portal not fixed and very out of place. Is their a block code to have "Who's Online" like this site?

Next question is how can we ad "members awaiting activation" like tp does? This is a important link so the admin or moderators don't have to go through extra steps to se who is awaiting activation.
