Title: How do I fix this?

Hi I recently installed http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2786 (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2786) and now my icons won't show up as shown in the screenshot below.

How do I make the images show because they show on everything else except there.

Maybe be copiying the icons to all the themes and correct paths ;)
