Topic: Custom Users Online Block

I have a custom Users online block on my forum, but I can't get all of the elements to work properly.  Here is the code: (BTW, I am not a programmer, I can sometimes look at code and make simple modifications, but I cannot create something from scratch).

This block is broken into several sections, the top section has some links that my members like, but the top two I can't figure out how to get to work: (right now they're just place holders) "Topics - Last 50" would display the last 50 topics that have been posted in, and "Topics - Last 24hrs" would display all the topics that have been posted in over the last 24 hours.  There is an action for these in the code called "dxrecent", that action does not exist.  I was given this code by someone who has since passed away, and that action was from his forum, I was never able to learn from him what the code for that action is.  I do have the custom action mod installed, but haven't a clue as to how to create a custom action.

There is another link I would like to add that would be displayed as "Topics - unreplied", this would display all the topics that have been created, but no one has posted in other than the post that created the topic.  This would only be available to certain membergroups that I would define.

The "Topics - You're Watching" link I would like to function better, right now it points to the notification section of a users profile, but I would like it to just point to the notifications, without being in the users profile, so basically, another action (I'm guessing) that would show the notifications of a user, but be in the main forum, instead of in a users profile.

The last section of the code is an attempt to show any new members who have registered, but not yet been activated.  I have never been able to get this to work and it would be a useful tool.  Of course, this would only be available to admins.

Hum.. most of the features you are asking for you can achieve them using modifications. Search in SMF Mods site for them and link the block to it. That's what dxrecent is all about. It was a mod and the block linked to it but I could not find that mod in smf website.
