Topic: problem w/ reg. and errors

I have had registration problems since installing Simple Portal 2.3 on my SMF forum 2.0RC 1.2. I have tried to register myself to see the problem and the submit button is not coming up at all.

I now have over 20,000 errors so it would be impossible to post all. If anyone can help me, please let me know. I am so new at all of this.


Anyone else have this problem or know how I might fix it? That seems to be at this time the only issue.

Firstly, the 20,000 errors could relate to the fact that your theme doesn't seem to be working. When I view your site, I can see the content, but none of the css or images seem to be working. Make sure that nothing odd has happened to your theme's files. I think that the Register issue is related to this.

If you can't see the problem, then refresh your browsers cache (usually Ctrl+F5 or just F5).

I can't tell what the Subs.php error is, without looking at the file itself (line numbers change, because of your modifications which change that file). Could you please attach that file to your next post?

The db error relates to the Media Gallery mod, I don't believe that its an issue with SimplePortal, you may want to ask the Media Gallery support about that.
