I have SMF 2 RC2 with SP 2.3.1 and a lot of other mods. My last installed was the nice mod called "NiceTooltips" what you can found here:

My question is: how i can add this mod to make this working with simpleportal. what code i need to change to have this effects on my starting-page ? (for recent topics/post maybe...)
