Title: Righ/Left Block visible in forum index too

Will be very intersting have the lateral Left/Right Block visible TOO in page index of forum and may be Visible/notvisible collapsable with little arrow in menu bar similar to PORTAMX.

In Version 2.1 and Simple Portal Advance this will be available. ;).

We currently have it running on this site. :)

This is implemented.
