i did manuall and i get this error massage
Table 'aktivum_forum.smf_sp_blocks' doesn't exist

any idea someone ???
is there something else to do exept change php files, database???

Inside the SimplePortal package there is a file called 'install1-1.php', put that in your main SMF directory and then open/run it in your browser (at the correct web address, ie. 'www.forum.com/install1-1.php'). After you run the file you should delete it.
