Hint or help with the creation of a function to display a list of all awards in the PHP-block.

You should start on the support thread for the mod, and learn what you can about any functions you can call.
It may be as simple as copying some code out of the middle of one of the mod's files.
 
Then you will be able to get some help here on making it work from within SimplePortal. But, since nobody here seems familiar with the mod, you may have trouble finding out anything specific to the mod.
