Here's a mystery, I have 2 identicle SMF 2.0 RC3 forums with SimplePortal 2.3.1 downloaded from this site. One has the display option for blocks and the other doesn't.
Where did the display option go?? Did I miss something somewhere? They are identicle except for the missing DO.

Edit: Well DUHHH!!!!! found the trigger in block settings :-[
