Title: Shoutbox "Empty"

When i empty the shoutbox via Phpmyadmin, if the shoutbox has reached its maximum shouts it just freezes up. Only happens if i empty it though.

This is not a bug.

If you empty that table via PhpMyAdmin, you will also need to set the 'num_shouts' column for that shoutbox in the 'sp_shoutboxes' table to 0.
