To edit an existing page from the Pages list, use the edit icon. It looks like a wrench or spanner The Blocks: display will show you which blocks will show up on this page. To show or hide blocks for this page, use the Blocks List to select a block, and the Block Editor to change the Display Options. For your block, you may set the Title: This will set the title of the HTML head, as well as the title strip above the center section. Page ID: By default, this contains a number assigned to the page. You can change this value to something more meaningful. Type: BBC, HTML, or PHP Permission Blocks and Pages use the same permission model; Select from
Body:This is the meat of the center of the page. Depending on whether you have chosen BBC, HTML, or PHP, enter the appropriat text or code to create the center of your page. Style Options: These style options are very similar to those available for blocks. They allow you to control the style of the title header and the body, whether the title is visible or invisible, and whether or not to apply styles to the body of the center area of the page. When you are done, use the Preview button to check your work, and the Edit Page button to save it. |
