How do i resize the top blocks so i can display 2 next to eachother.

You can modify the look of each block using the style options in edit block page to some extent. However, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by resizing the top blocks. Could you elaborate? I rough drawing of what you want to achieve would help a lot too.
