Title: Recently discussed topics + pages

On the main site I have RECENTLY DISCUSSED TOPICS. I have them only 20; Is it possible to add under Page 1,2,3 so that a person may see previous recent topics?

is it possible to have sticked topics in recent topics? Topics that would appear always on top and would be highlited like sticked topics on the forum?
