I am not sure what you want.

You can change the order of the menu buttons around in subs.php, where the menu buttons array is set up.

You can get a mod that helps you add new menu buttons (the one by johncccccc has been observed to be compatable with simpleportal in the past).

As you are using smfnew you would be best advised to ask for non simple portal related questions there.

sagar -- do you have the free hosting or the pro hosting at smfnew?

If you have the pro hosting, you will be able to modify your SMF files and/or install any mod you wish.
If you have the free hosting, I believe you will have to choose from a list of mods provided by smfnew.
