Title: Guest Permissions

A few changes have been made to the permissions system concerning guests.

Rather than completely disabling profile viewing to guests, I've edited the template to hide key information (such as email, IM client, age, gender, location, etc) from anyone not logged in.

Please note this was done in order to keep the forum a safe and friendly environment to everyone.

I think that this is a sensible move, we want to protect our members from bots as much as possible, so this should 'stop them in their tracks'! :D

I agree with "internet stalkers" running around, I want my members private stuff safe.

Maybe I just missed it, but is there a way to only allow guest to view the front page and not the forum?

I always tick the selection to hide my email in my profile.

That would be a bad publicity for the forum. Besides we don't have something to hide here.
