Title: unneeded settings in Guest permissions

Hi, so today member at local forum had problem with "Admin" tab visible for guests. I found out that this is related to SP, because you can set for guests permissions for any SP action (administrate, manage articles etc) and he by accident added permissions for guests...

This should be somehow hidden in guests settings:

of course when Guest will click on this admin button SMF asks them to login

I believe this exists solely for cosmetic reasons, though I do agree those options should not exist for a guest.

Fixed for the upcoming version.
