Okay I am using a shoutbox, "smfpacks shoutbox". Below I have a picture of how it currently looks with the simple portal and all, looks great and works great.

However I would like to shrink the width down to the category width. When I used adk portal I was able to move the smfpacks code to a certain spot on template to achieve this. I cant for the life of me find the right spot in the template for this to work like I wish with simple portal. This isnt a huge issue and this wouldnt cause me to stop using simple portal because I like it way to much, but I would love it if someone could help me out with this. I have another picture below of a phoshop crop of what I would like it to look like.

Why not just use the portals shoutbox?
-
u can create one block whit two block inside, in the header block
u can read how make this here http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=5332.0

Why bother with BiB when you can create top block (not header block), insert there SB Code and you can have the same result :)
Code from SMFPacks Shoutbox:
<?php
call_user_func(Shoutbox_Load);
if (function_exists('template_shoutbox')) template_shoutbox('main'); ?>
But yeah, SP shoutbox is much better than SMFPacks :D

Custom block solution for this... blocks in blocks.

Hi guys,
i got the smf packs shoutbox pro for the extra little features it has; i was using the great Simpleportal shoutbox but have now got this one. Problem is it's full width and i would really like it to stay 2/3 of the page, same way i had my old Simple portal shoutbox (with the sidebar on the other 1/3 of the page). Does anyone know how to do this? I see something similar was talked about on this topic above but it doesn't look to have been solved.
Many thanks folks

That said, I'm really missing the old way in the simple portal shoutbox that you could see pages of history, and also the lines in between the posts...If youc an think of a way of importing them too it could be the ultimate shoutbox!
