Title: Shoutbox Bigger?

Hey I was looking at the shoutbox and the requests and things and I thought, why not make it bigger? When people just join and they want to talk to someone they have to find the shoutbox. If it was bigger then they wouldn't have to search for it!

You will just change the location of the shoutbox to the top or bottom instead of the side.
