Simple Portal Version 2.0.3 RC1
So it's allowed to select the option that "Administrator" can't see a block.
But this do not work. If i unchecked the "Administrator" on the list, than the block do not disappear for the Administrator Group.

This is 'sort of' a know bug, basically [SiNaN] and I devised the permissions system and it does allow admin to see everything, which I believe is a bug. ;)
We will have to have a discussion about how users should recieve permissions for blocks.

Okay if you say "Admin" see everything (it's not unusual), than you should at least remove the Adminstrator from the list, so that the user can not uncheck it 8).

Once this happens, the devs will decide to either fix the bug or remove the admin checkbox.

I would suggest removing the admin as a drop down option since generally admins get a global access.

Removing it was something that [SiNaN] and I discussed, however that means that admin have to view everything, there was a 'allow customizable portal for each membergroup' idea tossed around, but that should be implemented with the 'force block' function. Hopefully we will be able to give users
(including admin) to option to hide those blocks, if the admin wants them to be able to. ;)

Ah, I was just wondering about this. I am displaying some ads for guests only (not for logged in members), but as admin I have to see them too :(
