Title: [MOD] SP Shoutbox Color Selector

This mod will add dropdown list with color BBCode. Works the same as default SMF color selector in message box.

Tested with SMF 2.0.4 and SP 2.3.5.

Changelog:
1.1a - fixed issue with not workin colors (black, blue)
1.0a - Removed txt strings and used default from SMF language file since it is loaded anyway, changed dropdown style

Thanks a lot! I'm going to attempt to make it save your preference. So like, when you select a color, it makes it that color for the rest of your posts that session. Shouldn't be too hard, but we'll see.
