Title: Extending the "timeframe" for a post to be used by Recent Posts/Topics Block
Post by: Albertm on April 09, 2013, 03:49:15 AM
I am trying to accomplish one of either two things listed bellow, but the Recent Posts/Topics block only seems to show the most recent posts (whatever number you have listed) for the last two days.  Essentially, I don't have enough traffic to always have a consistently full or non-empty block.

I'd like to:

- Have the block show the most recent (20 in my case) posts, despite how old the post is, as long as it's the last 20 made in that board.

or

- Have the block show the most recent posts, but for posts that were made during the last week or two instead of just the last two days.

The recent posts/topics block actually shows the most recent posts on your forum without any time limit. You could only have one post in your forum and that particular post will be on the frontpage forever.
