Hello bies and welcome to Simple Portal.

I just found this support request in another board.  I am sorry I did not find it sooner.
Did you ever solve your problem?

Hi bies,

I did not answer earlier, because I was only checking on support boards for support questions.

I do not know what you mean by "show all topics".  Usually, we only want to see the most recent several topics, because the list can get really long after a while.

What are you trying to do?

If he's talking about how to show the latest replies from all Child Boards of the Parent board, I am interested in this too. I have one block for "latest Posts", but I want it to cover all of one Parent Board. I'll start another topic. 8)

bies,  I am not sure what your question is.  You wish to show the complete list of all topics for a board in a portal block?

I suppose this could be done in a custom php block or page that would call the SMF functions for getting the list of topics and then displaying them.

However, the behavior would be a little odd when it came to pagination because using the pagination links would send away from whatever page you had been viewing the block or php page on, and directly to that page of the board's directory.  Is this really what you want to do?
