Title: SEO bug

when I choose to use the standalone portal with my root domain. The canonical header tag remains blank :/

Any quick fix?

I don't think that's necessary... It's the canonical metatag that's not working on the standalone mod.

Because otherwise you will have more than one url with the same content. And that's a big no no for google. All pages should have a canonical tag with the url in the header.
Either way, I've fixed it...

I don't think all pages need a canonical meta tag. If you've fixed it for yourself, it's all good then. :)

I don't think its a big deal either. My site hasn't suffered any drop in ranking.

Same for meta keywords these day I think.
