Theme: Cadence MultiColor v1.1

These changes are only for the default original color. The theme css file is fully customized and no longer contains all of the original styling. This was necessary for side blocks to appear proper using this theme in conjunction with Simple Portal. 

Place the css attachments into path location:
../Themes/Cadence_MultiColor_1-1/css

Place the BoardIndex template file into path location:
../Themes/Cadence_MultiColor_1-1

Changes:

• added standard borders with rounded corners
• eliptical title/cat bars
• removed most 1000px/950px cat/title bar widths
• fixed vertical/horizontal text centering within title/cat bars
• font sizes slightly enlarged
• added category collapse on board index (different colored image than others)
• enabled admin display toggle (was previously hidden?)
• added opacity to collapse link images
• fixed center vertical alignment on board index
