Title: Displaying newest posts with preview on Portal page.

I just installed SimplePortal as it looks liek it has much more to offer than Dream-Portal which I was running for years.

Problem is I can't get a major part working that is needed.
I tried this with the 'Board News' and the 'Newest Posts / Topics' blocks with no luck.

Should be fairly simple IMO, the center of the page displaying the newest posts with either full text of the post or a limited character count.

I tried it with Board News, and it works to a limit, but onlky displays the first post of a new THread and does not update itself with the newest posts. Odd.

I tired with the Newest Posts / Topics Block, which does not give me the post itself (text and content) only the short compact thread and link.

Fixed it.

I found the Modified php code for 'Recent Topics with Preview' in another section which works.
