Title: pls i need a code for facebook and twitter on the header

please is there anyway i can get a code either html or php that will show like or follow on the header? Thank you

First, you need to get the appropriate html from Facebook or twitter.
Once you have that, you can put it in an html block.

If you do not want it in a block, then you will be editing your theme header directly.  This you can learn about in the themes board at SimpleMachines.org -- there is a large community over there.
