Title: Block header became clickable
Post by: Mulwa on July 05, 2014, 10:12:49 AM
I added two blocks on top and bottom.  the "top block" i used for "forum news" and added some links in the block. But when i added the second block  "articles block", the header of articles block became clickable and when i click on it, it directs me to the last link that i posted in "forum news block" and If i delete the "forum block" the "articles block won't be clickable"
pls help me out

Firstly, I cleaned up your topic title a little bit. Make sure they are short and descriptive next time, free of unnecessary stuff.

The problem is probably due to incorrect HTML code in your custom Forum News block. My guess is that you left one of the tags for links unclosed. If you can copy the code here, we could have a look at it for you.

Thank you sir!
i used these codes to post links in my forum news.
Code: [Select]
"
<a href=http://mysite.com/index.php?topic=1.0>>>how to install simple portal<<
,
i discovered that i wasn't able to close the link with </a> before closing with
, i corrected it and it's now working perfectly. Up Simple portal!
