Title: How to modify html in User Info block

Here's my question, hoping I'm in the right place with it:

On the portal I show a standard User Info block and it shows the login part (boxes, drop-down list and button), then the welcome sentence follows. I would like to reverse the order: greet the Guest first, offer a login/registration next.

I searched in the php files in Sources and elsewhere, looked in the db and came up empty.

Can someone point me in the right direction? (Eventually, once I get the hang of thihs, I'd change the wording in the Who's Online block from "user" to "member" when refering to logged-in users).

Hold on, think just spotted something in ssi.php :)

Edit: it's actually in PortalBlocks.php
