Title: Simple Portal frontpage

Hello.

I am new to this whole forum thing.

I am making a norwegian forum but i do not understand how i can change the text from the front "Welcome to simple portal"
http://www.kosf.no/index.php

do i have to code or something?

The site is not nearly complete but i would like to know how to change the text

Hello, welcome to SimplePortal! You can remove it by going to Admin > SimplePortal > Blocks and removing the welcome block.
