help me i am using smf portal and i want to when i go my forum its come on forum section not on home

Go to your admin panel and then to your Simple Portal Configuration.
See if under the General Settings nothing is disabled and that your portal is set to Front Page.

Basically what I understood:

That you want to make your website go to your portal or forum.

Do you perhaps meant, that you want to display blocks at your forum section(s)?

Go into the administration
SimplePortal tab > General Settings

uncheck Disable Portal Redirection
