Title: short text instead of name/avatar of the poster in articles. Please help gurus

this one may sound somehow, but i know that it can be done,
i want to replace the poster's avatar or name that appears in the articles block with the first line of the text from the post.

Example:
(first line text from the post)
>then the subject of the post<

i want it like this so that If i put image on the top of the post it will show it in the articles block.
