Hello,
By accessing the portal as a "guest", I can only see the forum but can not see the Simple Portal ...
Could someone help me?

sounds odd that a guest can't see the portal but reg member can
are you sure you don't mean, some blocks can't be seen?
clearly more information is needed

The Maintenance Mode is checked ...
unselected and everything is ok

be sure to view your site as a guest regularly (specially when working on it)
most browswers have a Private Window (FireFox) or Incognito (Chrome) or Internet Explorer (InPrivate Browsing) option
